Pitchfork Music Festival 2010: Day 2

Saturday proved to be yet another day of sweltering Chicago heat. We tried to avoid the burning sun as long as possible – a good choice from what we’ve heard. A friend reported that Delorean’s typical dance show was compromised by the heat, and that few fans could stand the sun enough to dance for more than a few minutes before retreating to the shade.

Pitchfork Music Festival 2010: Day 1

Pitchfork 2010 came armed with a stellar line-up and added a comedy stage into the mix for the first time ever. More than just music, there was even a bazaar and free Cliff bars! With so many shows and so little time, our team split up to cover as many shows as possible and report back to you.

Follow Friday: Mia Brown-Davis

Shop owner and personal stylist Mia Brown-Davis brings her passion for vintage fashion to Downtown St. Louis. If you are a vintage lover you might have previously seen her business, Eve’s Apple Vintage, on eBay. However, as of last summer you can also visit her shop on Washington Avenue.  

Eleven recently sat down with Mia to discuss moving Downtown, loving vintage, and being a personal stylist.
