Warnings of the threatening ice storm didn’t keep California Wives out of St. Louis Sunday night at The Firebird. The quartet tried out a smoke machine for the first time, adding to their ambient synth pop sounds. The crowd favorite track, “Blood Red Youth” got the crowd moving their feet and finished off the set.
