Silent Soundclash w/ Motion Potion, Undertow, Scotty Mac, Spankalicoius, and Mohawk vs. Heezy

Saturday, Apr 16th
Where: 2720 Cherokee
When: 9:00 PM

To an outside observer, Silent Soundclash must look strange – but that’s the point.  The idea of a “silent disco” – where everyone on the dancefloor is rocking out to the DJs music beamed through provided wireless headphones – is something so advanced that we are only beginning to harness its power.  Roll to 2720 Cherokee Friday night to become part of an experience that may become standard by the time the Fifth Element becomes reality.

Friday, Mar 12th
Where: Off Broadway

With St. Louis/Denver favorites Natural Selection and up-and-comers Chariots to complete the lineup, Off Broadway will be well-attended; so arrive early, and stay late.

This Must Be the Band @ 2720 Cherokee, 1/30/10

This Must Be the Band is aptly named.  Complete with a wannabe Tina Weymouth, they rocked through hours of Talking Heads covers ranging from the straightforward “Psycho Killer” to experimental musings from Remain in Light. And for a second, if you closed your eyes, you could see an image of a pontificating David Byrne in your mind’s eye.
