2. Deer Tick w/ Dead Confederate
-Where: Off Broadway
-When: Thursday, August 5th @ 9 PM
-How Much: $12 (21+) / $15 (under 21) – all proceeds benefit the family of Dave Hagerty
-Why: Deer Tick’s folk-inspired rock is a perfect fit for the country stylings of Off Broadway.
-What else: It’s very thoughtful that Off Broadway is donating the proceeds to the Hagerty family, and if you are able, it would be thoughtful of you to help them!
3. Phoenix w/ Toro y Moi
-Where: The Pageant
-When: Monday, August 9th @ 8:30 PM
-How Much: However much a scalped ticket costs
-Why: Gracing our February cover, these French rockers had two of the best songs of 2009.
-What else: See Toro y Moi while “chillwave” is still cool.
